Psychiatric Rehabilitation Coordinator, PRP

The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Coordinator, PRP role is hybrid in Laurel, Maryland, with pay of $30–$35 per hour. The position supports Innovative Therapeutic Services’ outpatient mental health and psychiatric rehabilitation services across Prince George’s County and other Maryland counties and Baltimore City. The coordinator helps clients pursue mental health and recovery goals through individualized rehabilitation planning, regular sessions, documentation, group activities, and coordination with clinicians and community resources. The role contributes to client progress and continuity of support.

What you'll do

• Provide weekly one-hour sessions focused on a goal from each client’s Individualized Rehabilitation Plan
• document progress notes within 72 hours
• submit monthly summaries
• complete required monthly visits for child and adult clients onsite or offsite
• conduct or collaborate on two mandatory monthly onsite groups
• coordinate with therapists, psychiatrists, and community resources
• complete Daily Living Activities for assigned adult clients every six months
• update rehabilitation plans quarterly
• attend mandatory monthly trainings.
