What you'll do

• Sanitize dishes and keep them available
• set up and close down the dish machine according to procedures
• maintain dish-machine cleanliness
• prioritize requests from servers and line cooks
• sweep and mop floors and empty trash
• follow kitchen manager and chef instructions.
