What you'll do

• Create a positive and supportive environment
• participate in intake and explain center expectations and client rights
• admit residents referred by Crisis and complete paperwork
• document clinical information and discharge details
• monitor residents’ medical and emotional status and arrange emergency care when appropriate
• supervise residents and conduct bed checks when specified
• answer house phones and the Crisis Hotline and dispatch mobile counselors
• participate in required training and meetings.
