What you'll do

• Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs during the PM shift
• ensure safe, appropriate, and timely resident care
• monitor compliance with IDPH and CMS requirements
• respond to changes in resident condition, incidents, and emergencies
• conduct rounds
• provide clinical guidance
• communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• ensure timely medical-record documentation
• coordinate staffing and follow up on pending issues.
