What you'll do

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
• perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery
• follow production schedules and quality standards
• collaborate on production process improvements
• maintain production and maintenance records
• follow safety protocols
• assist with training new employees
• understand raw materials and their appropriate manufacturing locations
• inspect, measure, and weigh products or materials
• report quality, equipment, and safety concerns to the shift supervisor.
