What you'll do

• Prepare meals, desserts, and snacks according to the posted menu schedule and follow special diets and dietary concerns
• serve palatable, presentable meals
• maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area
• follow food storage and hot/cold holding requirements and maintain documentation
• estimate and prepare food supplies for serving portions
• participate in continuing education.
