• Develop and execute referral growth strategies
• build relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, physicians, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and other referral sources
• conduct in-person visits and presentations
• collaborate on referral and admission processes
• monitor referral activity and conversion
• meet growth targets
• document business development activity.
