What you'll do

• Lead cleaning room personnel through shakeout, knockoff, shot blasting, inspection, and grinding
• coordinate workflow with production and shipping schedules
• verify casting quality
• train and coach team members
• monitor productivity
• enforce safety and PPE standards
• set up and adjust Sinto Barinder programs
• ensure equipment operation and basic maintenance
• troubleshoot and escalate issues
• coordinate corrective actions with Production, Quality, and Engineering
• maintain housekeeping standards.
