What you'll do

• Own onboarding program objectives, governance, operating rhythms, and success measures
• manage portfolio visibility into deployments, dependencies, capacity, and risks
• align cross-functional and customer stakeholders
• establish reviews, stage gates, escalation paths, and reporting
• track onboarding KPIs and improve predictability and time to value
• develop scalable frameworks, playbooks, processes, and workflows
• ensure clear transitions into Customer Success.
