What you'll do

• Welcome guests and provide customer service
• direct guests to parking areas
• verify cash banks and supplies
• issue parking tickets and record transactions
• process payments and provide receipts
• safeguard cash
• handle lost tickets, validations, and grace-period tickets
• complete daily reports and reconcile records
• maintain the cashier station
• communicate with valet attendants and hotel staff
• resolve guest concerns.
