What you'll do

• General Sales Managers lead dealership sales operations, coach sales managers and sales professionals, set and monitor performance goals, oversee inventory and vehicle acquisition, recruit and develop staff, and monitor market and competitor activity.
• Sales Managers lead and coach sales teams, structure deals, monitor goals, support inventory management, and partner with Finance.
• Finance Managers secure financing, maintain lender relationships, present finance and protection products, complete accurate compliant paperwork, and coordinate vehicle delivery with Sales.
