New Store Openings Associate

What you'll do

• Conduct pre-opening operations checklists and food-safety assessments
• support shop setup, merchandising, equipment placement, and inventory readiness
• lead crew training and train-the-trainer sessions
• coach franchisees and teams
• observe labor management, product quality, and guest service
• serve guests and prepare products as needed
• support vendor and guest complaint resolution
• check knowledge of POS and other listed systems.
