The Pharmacist in Charge — Long-Term Care Pharmacy role is onsite in Greensburg, PA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and weekends as needed for business. Pay is $141,440–$149,760 per year. The closed-door pharmacy serves long-term care and senior living clients. The pharmacist leads compliant pharmacy operations and supports safe, high-quality medication services. The role supervises pharmacy staff, provides clinical guidance, responds to medication inquiries, maintains patient records, and coordinates with pharmacy management to improve daily operations and care.

What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and standards
• supervise and direct pharmacy staff, including scheduling, purchasing, and clinical responsibilities
• collaborate on daily operations and quality improvement or cost containment
• provide clinical and technical support
• respond to pharmaceutical inquiries
• maintain patient records and document communications and interventions
• ensure safe medication procurement, storage, distribution, and disposal.
