Customer Service Representative — Collision Center

The Customer Service Representative — Collision Center role is onsite in Watertown, MA. Pay is $23–$25 per hour. The role supports customers throughout the collision repair process at Coach & Carriage Auto Body, powered by VIVE.

What you'll do

• Welcome customers
• answer calls and repair questions
• provide repair-status updates
• schedule appointments and enter customer and vehicle information
• communicate with customers, insurers, and internal teams
• follow up with insurance carriers
• assist collision consultants and shop leadership
• process payments and support accounts receivable
• monitor email
• maintain records
• and help keep the front office organized.
