What you'll do

• Manage accounts payable, invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, payment runs, and discrepancy resolution
• prepare journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and month-end schedules
• handle payroll-related accounting and reconciliation in ADP
• support general ledger maintenance and financial reporting
• assist with accounts receivable, year-end close, project closeout, and audits
• improve accounting processes and controls
• partner with departments on accounting and invoicing issues.
