What you'll do

• Manage and track DRAM technology transfer projects and deliverables.
• Collaborate with sending fab teams and internal process, equipment, manufacturing, and leadership partners to close qualification and volume-ramp gaps.
• Drive projects to improve transfer, startup, yield, quality, and ramp performance.
• Lead new-node value engineering projects and tool evaluations.
• Coordinate tool release plans, process mismatches, CEERB items, tool matching, transfer expectations, and FOAK materials readiness.
• Capture lessons learned and implement mitigation plans.
