What you'll do

• Welcome visitors and explain prices, programs, exhibits, and events
• sell admissions, memberships, and train tickets through the online ticketing system
• promote and process memberships
• cross-train for other Guest Relations roles
• check that guest areas are clean and welcoming
• manage transactions and reconcile the cash drawer
• assist with training, shift flexibility, and guest support
• perform other indoor and outdoor duties as needed.
