What you'll do

• Maintain interior areas, offices, and common spaces, including cleaning carpets, furniture, and windows

• maintain grounds through exterior repairs, lawn care, and garbage removal as assigned
• prepare apartments for move-in and refurbish units after move-out
• implement and document preventive maintenance for the community and equipment as assigned.
