What you'll do

• Set up client benefit business rules
• implement and maintain benefit plans, rates, and networks in OneArk
• enter test claims to verify configuration
• review other team members’ setups for accuracy
• answer system functionality and claim research questions
• become a OneArk subject matter expert
• analyze client requests
• identify and correct discrepancies
• research claims and configuration inquiries
• escalate setup issues
• support quality management initiatives.

Why this role
