What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• clean kitchen surfaces, floors, storage, refrigeration, cooking, and prep areas
• sort and dispose of waste
• portion prepared food
• receive, store, and rotate inventory
• communicate with the back-of-house team and participate in deep cleaning.
