What you'll do

• Assist the chef with food preparation
• prepare and serve meals at 8 AM, noon, and 5 PM, with times subject to change
• follow written menus and make menu suggestions
• label, date, cover, and store leftovers
• follow food safety, temperature, sanitation, and cleaning procedures
• consider residents' food preferences and dietary needs
• check food and supply inventories
• clean the kitchen, dining room, and pantry
• reduce food waste.
