Treasury Management Relationship Officer

What you'll do

• Identify and pursue commercial relationships through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outreach
• assess client cash flow, payment processes, and financial needs
• recommend banking and treasury management solutions
• develop business-development strategies and cross-sell services
• manage prospect and referral pipelines and track sales activity
• partner with commercial lenders, Relationship Managers, branch teams, and Marketing
• advise staff on business online products
• conduct business-development calls and client presentations
• coordinate Business Online setup, training, agreements, and follow-up
• conduct or coordinate annual site visits, audits, or reviews
• monitor ACH rules and regulatory changes
• follow bank and regulatory policies.

Why this role
