What you'll do

• Represent lenders in commercial real estate finance transactions
• draft and negotiate loan, mezzanine financing, and preferred equity documents
• manage loan originations through closing and post-closing
• advise on asset management, workouts, restructurings, and exit strategies
• coordinate due diligence, transaction teams, and closings
• handle secondary-market repurchase facility transactions
• work with clients, borrowers, and internal legal teams.
