Accounting Specialist

The Accounting Specialist role is onsite in Atlanta, GA; compensation is $24.04–$28.85 per hour. The position supports Fulcrum Construction’s corporate accounting group. The specialist handles overhead allocation and accounts payable processing while supporting accurate payments, vendor records, expense reporting, credit card administration, and project cost reporting. The role also provides administrative support to the Controller and CFO.

What you'll do

• Audit and process invoices
• obtain approvals and process payments
• maintain vendor documentation
• enter W-9 and insurance information and process 1099 reporting
• enter invoices in TimberScan
• communicate vendor issues
• process expense reports
• manage corporate credit card statements
• assemble AIA billings and submit supporting documents through client portals
• distribute job cost reports
• enter job cost corrections
• scan, route, and file documents.
