What you'll do

• Maintain practice readiness through team check-ins, staffing review, task-queue monitoring, standard-work adherence, and publishing shift schedules
• train, coach, and recognize team members
• facilitate huddles and monitor performance metrics
• manage inventory and supplies
• review budgets and manage copays and revenue-cycle tasks
• monitor NPS responses and service recovery
• support quality, safety, compliance, and improvement initiatives
• perform front-of-house duties and, as applicable, clinical duties such as venipuncture, specimen collection, EKGs, vitals, ear lavages, vaccines, PPD tests, and swabs.

Why this role

Full-time, 40 hours per week; eight-hour shifts generally Monday–Friday between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.; in-person role. Clinical duties may include venipuncture and other listed procedures.
