Assistant Store Manager

Job overview

The Assistant Store Manager role is onsite in Mokena, IL, with pay of $22 per hour. The role supports the 7 Brew stand and partners with the Store Manager to lead crew operations and customer service. This pipeline position is designed to develop into a Store Manager within 6–12 months. It provides additional leadership at the home stand, helps cover vacancies and new openings, and builds operational and team leadership capability.

What you'll do

• Perform Brewista and Shift Lead duties
• coach and train crew members
• maintain service times, cleanliness, and customer interactions
• support team culture and performance feedback
• help create weekly schedules
• maintain operations across shifts
• track and order inventory
• oversee cash handling
• prepare the crew for health inspections
• delegate tasks
• and assist at nearby locations when asked.
