The director sets strategy and investment priorities for marketing technology, data foundations, technical program management, and organic growth. The role builds shared capabilities and leads a multidisciplinary team to improve measurement, audience activation, automation, experimentation, and growth across the portfolio.

What you'll do

• Set the function’s strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities
• lead a multidisciplinary team across engineering, data, program management, and organic growth
• build shared marketing technology and data foundations
• develop centralized SEO, ASO, GEO, and AI Search capabilities
• scale AI-enabled campaign automation and performance intelligence
• partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Analytics, and AI/ML leaders.
