What you'll do

• Discuss financing and insurance options with customers
• work with financial institutions to secure financing terms
• present insurance products such as extended warranties, gap insurance, and service contracts
• prepare and process sales, financing, and insurance paperwork
• maintain compliance and transaction records
• track lender portfolios
• review department paperwork flow
• support sales-team goals and selling methods
• set the finance department work schedule.
