What you'll do

• Provide perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgery
• assist the surgeon as an RNFA
• maintain sterile technique and instrument counts
• document care and provide handoffs
• collaborate with the surgical team and participate in scheduled on-call rotation. Be ready to support spine, orthopedic, and robot-assisted procedures.
