What you'll do

• Recruit caregivers, CNAs, CMAs, and RNs
• conduct interviews, screenings, and new-hire orientations
• collaborate with the office team on staffing needs and client-caregiver matching
• work toward recruitment goals
• make outbound calls, build rapport, and follow up on leads
• provide coaching to field staff as needed.
