What you'll do

• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff
• manage performance and approve timesheets
• oversee budgets, forecasts, expenses, deposits, rent collections, invoices, and financial reporting
• develop marketing and leasing strategies
• address resident concerns and support retention
• oversee administrative reporting, maintenance responsiveness, property inspections, repairs, and vendor work
• assist with property emergency response.
