Construction Project Manager

What you'll do

• Manage project schedules and job-site meetings
• develop bid packages and analyze subcontractor and supplier bids
• support estimates, budgets, schedules, and proposals
• monitor design documents and participate in design reviews
• manage client relations, cost control, submittals, and change orders
• plan and sequence work
• manage invoicing, collections, subcontractor payments, and vendor performance
• coordinate permits and inspections
• monitor progress, quality, and safety
• track project costs and documentation
• manage closeout and warranty work
• and coordinate project completion paperwork.
