Full-Cycle Customer Success Manager

What you'll do

• Execute structured account onboarding
• manage a portfolio of 200 or more restaurant accounts and support target return on investment
• guide platform use, campaign optimization, and feature adoption
• maintain net revenue retention of 100% or more while identifying expansion and upsell opportunities
• collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering and share customer feedback.
