General Maintenance Worker

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to building systems and equipment
• complete basic HVAC, plumbing, and authorized electrical work
• maintain doors, locks, gates, garage equipment, finishes, and facility components
• inspect fire extinguishers visually and report deficiencies
• respond to occupant service calls
• assist skilled trades
• use CMMS or work orders to document labor, materials, repairs, and follow-up
• maintain tools, supplies, and clean work areas
• follow safety and lockout/tagout procedures.
