What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and brief changing as authorized
• support mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using approved equipment as trained
• prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
• provide companionship
• follow care instructions and safety practices
• report changes and incidents
• document visits
• protect client privacy
• communicate with clients, families, and team members.
