What you'll do

• Deliver mental health rehabilitation and psychosocial rehabilitation services
• help clients build daily living and social/interpersonal skills and coping strategies
• support trigger management and self-management
• provide crisis intervention as needed
• collaborate on individualized treatment plans
• maintain caseloads and documentation
• attend meetings, training, and clinical supervision.
