What you'll do

• Conduct client interviews and psychosocial assessments under supervision
• assist with individualized treatment plans
• provide individual counseling as appropriate to education and supervision requirements
• co-facilitate groups
• maintain clinical documentation
• participate in treatment-team meetings and case consultations
• monitor client progress and communicate concerns to supervising clinicians
• provide crisis intervention support under licensed staff direction
• assist with discharge planning and referrals
• maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and professional ethics
• participate in supervision, training, orientation, and compliance activities.
