What you'll do

• Complete assigned maintenance requests within the required timeframe
• maintain log books and records
• assist with refrigeration, heating, plumbing, electrical, lighting, kitchen equipment, and IT/switch-room maintenance
• inspect electrical equipment
• support preventive maintenance
• repair wall coverings and paint
• inspect and repair safety equipment
• maintain tools and supplies
• follow safety and emergency procedures and workplace sanitation standards.
