What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and vendors
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of retail common areas, storefronts, parking areas, and perimeter locations
• respond to incidents and customer concerns
• monitor access points and property activity
• document incidents, patrol observations, and maintenance concerns
• communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
