What you'll do

• Represent private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in debt-financing transactions
• advise on term loan and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth
• draft, review, and negotiate commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents
• assist with transaction structuring and execution
• analyze and negotiate financing terms
• coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, financial institutions, and other transaction professionals
• manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
