What you'll do

• Provide customer service and carry out site-specific access-control procedures
• monitor access points and verify credentials
• maintain visitor and contractor records and direct people according to site procedures
• control vehicle and pedestrian access
• escalate unauthorized-access concerns
• respond to incidents and critical situations
• conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, loading zones, and the perimeter.
