What you'll do

• Serve meals according to dietary requirements and portion sizes
• assemble trays accurately and accommodate substitutions. Serve snacks and beverages as directed and assist with special diets, allergies, and therapeutic meal plans. Sanitize kitchen equipment, dining areas, and utensils
• clean serving areas, mop floors, and dispose of trash according to safety standards. Maintain an organized food-storage environment, collaborate with dietary and nursing staff, help train new nutrition services staff and students, and restock supplies.
