What you'll do

• Establish and execute product quality strategy
• build, mentor, and manage QA/Test, Build & Release, and Field Service Engineering teams
• develop metrics and continuous improvement programs
• oversee ISO-aligned processes, audits, corrective actions, and management reviews
• ensure verification, acceptance criteria, and release readiness
• oversee functional, regression, performance, HIL, sensor integration, and flight testing
• partner with engineering, program management, field operations, and OEMs
• drive standardization, scalability, and workflow automation.
