Software Asset Management Analyst

Job overview

The Software Asset Management Analyst works in a hybrid arrangement, four days per week onsite in Burbank, CA; compensation is $73–$83 per hour on a W-2 basis. The role supports a client’s software asset management program, license compliance, audit readiness, and cost optimization.

What you'll do

• Maintain software entitlement records and configure software models in ServiceNow SAM Pro
• reconcile discovered software with purchased entitlements
• support product onboarding and stakeholder education
• monitor inventory data quality and resolve normalization issues
• partner with CMDB and Discovery teams
• support audits and recommend corrective actions
• develop reports and dashboards
• track spend and renewals
• and administer SAM Pro workflows.
