What you'll do

• Review the 24-hour report and pending lab, diagnostic, and provider orders
• complete narcotic counts and room rounds
• administer scheduled medications and treatments, including G-tube medications, PRN medications, nebulizer treatments, and skin treatments as applicable
• complete assigned monthly summaries and skin assessments
• ensure CNA documentation and shower sheets are completed and reviewed
• complete MDS and skilled charting, document changes in condition and new orders or treatments, and record appointments
• complete incident reports and log lab inquiries and new orders.
