Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Job overview

The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) role is onsite in clients’ homes in the Marietta, GA listing area. Pay is $15 per hour. Abba Health Services provides in-home care to clients. The assistant supports clients with daily living activities, personal care, and companionship while following each client’s care plan. The role also observes and reports changes in clients’ condition and may accompany clients to appointments or errands when needed.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, transfers, and other daily living activities
• prepare meals and snacks
• provide medication reminders
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• offer companionship and emotional support
• accompany clients to appointments or errands when needed
• observe and report changes in condition
• follow care plans and agency policies.
