What you'll do

• Greet clientele and crew
• check in and register clientele, identify needs, and follow up
• coordinate catering, transportation, and entertainment reservations
• work with internal departments to resolve conflicts and advocate for owners
• maintain guest waiting areas and replenish amenities
• participate in customer appreciation events
• coordinate services between crew and line personnel
• transport crews and passengers to local hotels or the airport terminal as needed
• initiate emergency response procedures when required.
