What you'll do

• Serve as a liaison for patients, families, and referral sources
• develop strategies to improve patient access and census growth
• build partnerships with hospitals, treatment centers, and clinical and medical professionals
• pursue referral opportunities
• present Kolmac programs to referral sources and community organizations
• represent the organization at trade shows, health fairs, and public-awareness events
• coordinate patient transitions with internal teams
• analyze regional competitive data
• submit reports and strategic plans
• educate the community about Kolmac’s integrated behavioral health model
• adhere to confidentiality regulations
• meet referral and relationship-building goals.
