What you'll do

• Provide management coverage at restaurants experiencing management shortages or transitions
• coordinate, supervise, train, and assist across operational areas during new restaurant openings and at existing restaurants
• lead front-of-house operations
• mentor staff
• work with assistant general managers and corporate operations teams
• support revenue, team engagement and retention, and operational systems
• travel extensively to restaurants, including extended assignments
• be open to relocation.
