What you'll do

• Lead, hire, and develop a global SRE team
• own the global on-call program, rotation design, response standards, escalation paths, and regional coverage
• define and manage service indicators, objectives, and error budgets
• track service-level agreement compliance
• report uptime, incidents, and on-call metrics to executive leadership
• maintain service-health dashboards and produce customer-facing incident reports and root-cause analyses
• own incident response and postmortems
• review monitoring, observability, and alerting standards
• test disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• oversee secure operational procedures, access controls, change management, and audit evidence.
